About Son

Son is Mokong (but don’t tell him it’s written here!). His real name is Francis, and since he’s a big boy now, he prefers to be called by his real name.

He started travelling at 11 months old when Mom brought him to Tagaytay, Cavite, some 2 hours away from Manila. At such a young age, he passed his Mom’s “Can You Travel?” test by commuting via a public bus to and from Tagaytay, while making sure Mom is still sane at the end of the day.

Since then, he has been tagged along in Mom’s trips everywhere. At a young age of 10, he has already travelled to 23 Philippine provinces and 11 Asian countries and slept overnight at 2 international airports.

Just don’t make him go camping.

And don’t leave the PSP at home.
